Lara and Whiting Take Oath to Kickoff New Terms on Shakopee Council

On Tuesday night, the Shakopee city council held its first meeting of 2025. After the meeting was called to order, councilmembers Jesse Lara and Jay Whiting took the oath of office after both won re-election in November.
With a light agenda, the meeting wrapped up in just under 30 minutes. The next city council meeting is Tuesday, January 21, at 7:00 p.m.
